Bladder lump

Hi there,
Great forum.... I have invested in the "Headache in the pelvis" book
and I have found it very informative (just working my way through)
I have had many moments reading it where I have said to myself "of course"!!! I have had various intermittent pains and feelings around my prostate, anus, uritha and bladder over the last year. and I notice that if I just ignore them they seem to go away as aposed to worrying and making the sensations worse.I'm having a bit of trouble with flow of urine as well. At the moment I have a hardness in my bladder, just an inch or two below my navel, when it is full (I'm drinking lots of water at the moment) It feels like a lump and it seems to disapear
when I go to the toilet. It sometimes feels like a taughtness is there when I stand up from sitting at work.Has any one else had this kind of symptom?
