Algonot ingredients changing???

I purchased Algonot from 2 different places thing is, and I just noticed this, is that one has 4 ingredients and one has 3 ingredients(one ingredient missing), which one is best to take? Just so I know where is best to buy from, incidentally the one with 4 ingredients cost more.

Dr Theoharides sent this answer to me:

The only difference is in the label. The old Algonot-plus lables did
not list the kernel olive oil, while the preparation under the name
ArthroSoft lists the kernel olive oil as the fourth ingredient. The
preparation is the same. As you know, a new product for prostatitis
will be available in about a month where two more ingredients, rutin and
sodium hyaluronate will be added to improve efficacy. Thanks.

Thanks, sorry forgot about this thread or would have posted back sooner .

On the new ingredients being added, will it be possible to receive an explanation of *why* these new ingredients have been chosen like the explanation available on the current Algonot preparation: https://ucpps.men/pdfs/theoharides.pdf

I will report in due time on my use of Algonot, thanks for clearing this up!
