Any thoughts on MSM for my IC? I was reading that it's directly related to the IC treatment DMSO.
I looked it up on quackwatch http://www.quackwatch.org/01QuackeryRel ... H/msm.html
and they said there isn't any research to back up most of the claims by it.
It might be interesting to try, I know a lot of people take it.
But everything in this condition seems to be relative to the person....
I've been on Quercetin plus for about 4 months and I'm pretty sure that has helped.
I wouldn't want to take MSM though and have it potentially interfere with Quercetin.

Quercetin is only supposed to start helping after a few months, so I'd advise you , now that you are beginning to get the benefits, to keep it up with this treatment alone for a few months before even thinking of trying anything else. You may not need to try anything else
BTW, MSM did zip for me.

Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.

I think MSM helps me a little. It's pretty cheap so worth a shot IMO seems a good tip off for me so far.
I like serrapeptase works wonders for me (pain only but that's all that bothers me) but already posted on that before so ... I really like it in fact
