Okay, I went to a urologist about 3-4 months ago because I was experiencing the following symptoms :
- Slight redness on tip of penis
- Occasional white liquid after urination complete
- Discomfort in the area between the anus and testicles
He immediately suggested that I have Prostatits and that testing for say Chlamydia would be a waste of time because he was very confident based on my symptoms that it would come back negative and I concur given that I've only ever been with one partner.
So he put me on these Palmetto pills (natural herb) and symptoms improved over time to the point where it hadn't happened for quite some time.
Well yesterday, I went to the washroom, and boom... after I finished urinating, I had a sensation like I had to urinate again this time instead of urine a white substance came out. It was rather liquidy and not thick but when I looked into the toilet bowl you could see the small clouds left by this liquid.
It happened again today when I was reading the newspaper all of a sudden out of nowhere I felt the urge to urinate so I went to the washroom, I urinated and boom, after I finished urinating the white liquid came out again...
Can anyone make any suggestions as to what they think it might be and what my next course of action should be... Any and all feedback would be appreciated.

P.S - One other symptom as of late has been chronic headaches at the back of my head lasting days at a time and fatigue.

Sounds like prostate discharge to me, i.e. the substance your prostate adds into your ejaculate when you orgasm.Daman wrote:Well yesterday, I went to the washroom, and boom... after I finished urinating, I had a sensation like I had to urinate again this time instead of urine a white substance came out. I also had this happen (usually when I hadn't cum for a couple weeks due to the increase in my chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome symtpoms that caused). The worse period was when it happened a few days in a row, but for me it usually came towards the end of my urine stream and I sometimes felt a slight pain.
Pretty distressing when it happens and you tend to think 'what now!'. However, it did go away completely after a couple weeks.

I was really hoping to get some more feedback on my original post. It happened again today, about 2-3 weeks after the last occurence. Do all of these symptoms and events sound like anything other than Prostatitis?
The discharges are not painful and this time the discharge was thicker, thick enough that I could see it floating in my urine... and so far, 99% of the occurences have taken place immediately after urinating...
Any feedback would be appreciated...
P.S - How much of Prostatitis is related to stress?

CPPS is heavily related to stress (read our FAQ for more info).Daman wrote:I was really hoping to get some more feedback on my original post. It happened again today, about 2-3 weeks after the last occurence. Do all of these symptoms and events sound like anything other than Prostatitis?

As in my first response, the same thing happen to me and it has happened to others that I've read about. All muscle related imo (as for me it cleared up whilst undertaking PT).

Excess secretions from the glands involved with ejaculation are discarded through the urethra and may end up in the urine. Unless you have pain, I'd ignore it.Daman wrote:The discharges are not painful and this time the discharge was thicker, thick enough that I could see it floating in my urine... and so far, 99% of the occurences have taken place immediately after urinating...
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.
