Hi,
I am a sufferer for 5 months, as I think all started with heavy lifting at gym. I had high sensivity on the penis and early ejaculating. I was dignosed with cronic nonbacterial prostatitis after tests and cultures. I had pain and burning and I was prescribed Tarivid, a quinolone, for 1 month which took all symthoms away. But they all came back in the last days of Tarivid. They I had Flomax for 1 month, it didn't help. Then Tavanic, a floroquinolone, for 1 month and again pain free. But again all back ibn the last days. Now using Cipro. Msymptoms changed....
I am feeling a tennis ball between my testicles and rectum. I am always feeling numbness in the same place and penis. Sometimes a prickling feeling on the penile area. Sometimes a cold penis. Sometimes a pain like electric shock between the tip of my penis and inside my rectum. A burning rectum. Normal urinate frequency but sometimes burning. And sometimes not feeling the urinate. Sometimes prickling and numbness on my feets and legs. Early ejaculating. Very hardly erection...
Are they normal in PCCS? or any other problem like PNE?
Thank you in advance for your help and thoughts...
I am new and need help...

That's a symptom of sciatica (pinched nerve root in lumbar spine). You should see a neurologist and get physiotherapy for your back before anything else. Do you have any back pain?ches wrote:Sometimes prickling and numbness on my feets and legs.
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.

Here you go ...
1) https://ucpps.men/lifting-and-testicular-pain-epididymitis
With your history of heavy lifting, this could apply.
Or, if you have very big gluteal muscles from weightlifting, you could have 2) entrapped nerves, such as:
Piriformis Syndrome:
The nerve-related leg pain of Sciatica is often due to piriformis muscle syndrome. Unlike the sciatica from a herniated disk, there is often little or no back pain while buttock pain predominates. The pain is worse when sitting, relieved by standing or walking, and often extends no farther down the leg than the ankle or mid-foot. When toes are involved, it usually affects all five toes

How to diagnose Piriformis Syndrome
Do Google searches on
1. Sacroiliitis
2. Lumbar Facet Joint Syndrome
3. Piriformis Syndrome
4. Iliolumbar Syndrome
5. Lumbar Spinal Stenosis
