really bad pain

I'm not sure for how long this pain has been present, it may have been a couple of years now (maybe less). After ejaculation, I get a pain either a few minutes or directly afterwards either right below my scrotum (on the inside) or in my testicles. My right testicle seems to hurt more than my left sometimes and the pain also throbs in my seminal cords. What does this sound like to any of you? Also, when I see my physician, what sort of examination would be involved?

Pelvic pain and discomfort after ejaculation is a *classic* symptom of CPPS. Have you tried phytotherapy or physical therapy yet?
