Folks, has anyone had any issues taking Supplemental energy drinks such as Boost? Some days I just feel so worn down and tired of chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome and thought may be I should look in to some Nutritional energy drinks. Of course, I am very concerned as to the ingredients in some of these drinks, specially caffeine, but thought I get other's opinion. The Boost energy drink (8oz serving) I am looking at lists the following nutritional facts:
Vitamin A 25%, Vitamin C 100%, Clacium 35%, Iron 25%, Vitamin D 40%, Vitamin E 100%, Vitamin K 40%, Thiamin 25%, Riboflavin 25%, Niacin 25%, Vitamin B6 35%, Folic Acid 35%, Vitamin B12 35%, Biotin 25%, Pantothenic Acid 25%, Phosphorus 30%, Iodine 25%, Magnesium 25%, Zinc 30%, Selenium 25%, Copper 25%, Manganese 35%, Chromium 25%, Molybdenum 25%
Calories 240, Total Fat 4g, saturated fat 0.5g, cholestrol 5mg, sodium 130mg, potassium 400mg, Total Carb 41g, Sugars 23g, protein 10g.
I don't see any indication of caffeine listed anywhere.
What's your opinion?

Shouldn't affect your pelvic pain. Don't have more than 4 of these drinks a day.
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.
