Darn leakage won't stop....

Post by Makaveli »

Excuse me for my comment....but I try to watch Pornos so that I can stay aroused and more of the prostate fuild can come out (pre-cum) and then I ejaculate. The next day...i seem to have a slight discharge of it...then its gone......for like 5 days...then I see a little more. The cycle continues. Is my prostate muscle too tense and not squeezing out enough of the prostate fluid into the urine daily? And so it builds up to the point where it can, and thats why I see it. I see my URO tomorrow. He still thinks its urethritis.

Comments? Anyone have similar experiences , and know what it is?

If I don't ejaculate for around a week then I start to get prostate leakage as well - once I ejaculate I don't get the leakage until it builds up again.

Wouldn't be a problem if ejaculating didn't make my symptoms worse.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't

The ejaculation itself doesn't hurt but the pain and frequency feelings are increased. It used to be by a factor of 10, then by relaxation prior and during ejaculation it was down to a factor of 3-4.

Now I'd say it was down to a factor of 1-2 with all the physio I've been doing, i.e. it's now at a level when I can start to think about having sex and enjoying it!

I believe it all is muscle related (sooo many muscles tie back and effect the prostate). Worth seeing a physiotherapist and get a pelvic floor assessment done to see if you have any trigger points.

Richard.

The reason for the pain after sex is that the pelvic floor muscles are already tight to begin with, and orgasm simply makes these muscles contract and tighten up even further which of course leads to more symptoms. I agree with Scotsman in that you may want to seek out a Physical Therapist who knows Myofascial Trigger Point release. Myself, I have been doing the Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol for about a month now and I can say that I have definately been helped out greatly by this. Not 100% yet, but I would have to say somewhere between a 40% to 60% improvement already. I feel better both after a PT session and after a relaxation session.
