As I mentioned in my previous post, my doc dx me with CP.
The only test he did was the quick urine test, which came back negative.
So, if CP can be caused be viruses, I'm pretty concerned...what kind of viruses? Like a regular "cold or flu" virus or a more serious virus like Herpes?
I got tested for Herpes on Jan. 29 (just about 4 months past possible exposure) and it came back Negative.
Is it possible that Herpes caused the CP and just didn't show in the blood test I did a couple of weeks ago?
I'm freaked!

CP can be intially caused by a number of factors - stress, infection, muscle strain, etc.
I wouldn't be concerned - if your tests came back negative then you'll be fine. Worrying will only make the symptoms of your CP worse
Richard.
