twitching

Post by scoobysnacks »

Guys,

I swear this condition is ever changing and an royal nightmare.

Okay I'm now experiencing twitching on a daily basis after not having it for about 2 mos. I think its due to relaxing on my diet. Had some sweets for the past couple of weeks and some fruit that I think I can't tolerate well and some dairy. I didn't think cottage cheese bothered me, but maybe it does.

My question is are we sure these are just muscles twitching and not the actual prostate itself??? Sometimes its further back right by the prostate. Can the prostate have convulsions???

All I know is if I could get these muscle spasms to quit Id be pretty good. I also think they are somehow linked to my past testicle pain as I now have that pain back again, its not bad, but its annoying.

I went to a physiotherapist, but he didn't have any type of equipment to test my pelvic floor muscles to tell me if they were tense or not. He said in my neck of the woods Id be very hard pressed to find anybody who does such a thing. Said thats mainly for woman after childbirth, which is what my GP said as well. He did however, find that my right pelvic bone was rotated up. He said this could have happened on the soccer field. He said when I finds it in non athletes its usually the result of missing a step or thinking you were on the bottom and had another step to go. He pulled it back in alignment, but the spasms are still here today. I dont know if that had anything to do with my problems, but I'm assuming even so, itd take weeks or months for the muscle to relax back.

Today was not a good day for me. I'm missing out on so many things I like to do in my young life.
