Having been given Flomax & not exactly thrilled by the retrograde ejaculation side effect, I decided to a little experimentation. I proceeded to ejaculate at different times of the day as the week progressed (this is all in the name of science of course & has nothing to do with the porn on my computer) & found, perhaps unsurprisingly, that the ejaculation improves the longer you wait after taking the pill. If you take it before bedtime & relieve yourself in the morning (or have someone do it for you, as the case may be), very little comes out. Keep your hands off yourself til sundown & you get something closer to a normal load.
At any rate I have discontinued the experiment as my uro & I have agreed to switch to Xatral during yesterday's visit - and today I'm happy to report a good pre-Flomax type load. Will report immediately if things change. Being a newbie, I'm in no position to advise, but perhaps you too can beat the retrograde ejaculation, by, well, beating it at the right time
