Erection, libido, and Stanford
Hello everybody, new guy to this forum, not to cp. I came here by accident, doing a search on tension disorders wich I have long suspected to be the cause of my cp. I am hopeful, and extremly happy that I found a place where others share my view's and just don't wan't to talk about abx.
I like the idea of the Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol and would love to try it, however it is unrealistic for me because of the travel, and cost issues. can anyone tell me if the book has good info that can be used without treatment? I have pain in certain times of cp, not like a lot of you poor guy's but sometime's can really suck!! a lot of my problem is erection and libido, and I am a young 30. I have tried viagra, Help's somewhat, but herbal remedies seem to help a little more without the side effect's. What do you guy's use? Any replie's will be extremley appreciated. Thanx, one day

"A Headache in the Pelvis" would probably be a great starting point for understanding pelvic tension. Along with explaining the Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol, it provides stretches and relaxation techniques.I like the idea of the Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol and would love to try it, however it is unrealistic for me because of the travel, and cost issues. can anyone tell me if the book has good info that can be used without treatment?
You can also use this Forum as a resource for answering a lot of your questions, and reading how others are treating any symptoms similar to yours. Do a search on "libido," and you'll see you are not alone.
