Does anyone have any experience or knowledge regarding the effect of Vitamin B on CPPS? In some countries Milgamma N is prescribed in order to treat nerve damage resulted from chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome - Milgamma N is a Vitamin B complex. Would one benefit from taking a Vitamin B complex supplement?
