This is indeed a strange syndrome

Post by Paso »

So I have been feeling quite well the last 3 weeks or so. Minimal frequency and almost no ache/pain. I have been doing a lot of relaxation (daily almost) but been a little bit sloppy with the stretching. Yesterday when driving to the christmans dinner with my family I had a "one second" superpain in my left abdonimal side. It started low and ran up towards my chest. Then it went away, lasted only for a second. Probably nerve related. Had lots of food (I have not had any know food irritants) and went back home at 1 o clock in the morning. Got out of the car after 1 hour of driving and suddenly I have this very tensed lower left and rightside muscletension. Only on my sides. Not really pain but ache and I can feel my muscles being all tensed. I went up and started massaging them and today its better but I can still feel it. I have not had this feeling since this summer and at that time it was only my left side. I just cannot figure out why I get this all of the sudden. This is clearly strange to me...

Anyway

Have a good christmas guys and hang in there

Sounds to me like a muscle spasm, perhaps because of a pinched nerve from the way you were sitting at the meal or in the car. It may pass in a few days.
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.
