Is it common that chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome affects semen conistency. Mine has become much thicker in consistency and I am afraid this will reduce my fertility.
Is there any other sufferer that have had thicker semen due to this disease?

Mine seems thicker too but (I think) it's just the prostate fluid part of the semen mix and nothing to do with the actual sperm.
I don't think it will affect fertility in any way.
