Hi Guys,
Has anyone ever heard of the 'lower cross syndrome of the pelvis'?, usually diagnosed by a remedial masser. If so please enlighten me more.
I've been told by the physio that its a postural problem corrected by physio therapy. This postural problem had lead to an out of alignment in the pelvic area which puts stress an strain on the muscles of the pelvic floor, hence pain.
Thanks.
