Extreme pain after 2nd ejaculation

Hi everyone. I have had chronic Prostatitis for about 4 years. I usually get flare ups every 4 months or so then it abates. Something that doesnt go away though is the extreme pain I get if I have a 2nd orgasm anywhere from 2 to 12 hours after the first. I pain goes up my back, through my whole pelvis and right up to the tip of my penis. It lasts about 20 minutes (thats about the time an extra strength Advil seems to kick in). Can anyone explain why this happens?

Questions like this can only be answered by speculation. It probably has to do with nerves and muscles. An example: I developed RSI in my hand from computer work. I changed my way of working and it went away. But if I chop down a tree with an axe, as I did recently, the heavy tensing of the hand muscles brought on a relapse. Go figure. Nerves are very complex entities.

Thanks for the reply. Well, since then, the good ol prosititis burning is back. I started back on the BP and it has helped quite a bit- also have been drinking cranberry juice. There is some pain after ejaculation (not spasms like after a 2nd ejaculation). I won't be doing that again! Would taking something like a muscle relaxant help prior to sex? I'm tugging at straws here!
