It has been a while since I have posted on here. Things seemed to have been going very, very well for me. I had not had any pain or discomfort in about 3-4 months, except for momentary flare ups but those would go away very quickly. That was up until about a month ago. I started noticing some pain and discomfort, almost like a dull ache in my pelvic region. Mostly on the right side down near my testicles. This feels a little bit different than the discomfort I felt before and it doesn't seem to be in the exact same area it was before, but nowhere near the pain. It is kind of more generalized in the area below and to the right. I don't think the pain is located in either of my testicles, it doesn't seem to be. (And I have done the self check to make sure that everything is fine down there.) I am just curious if this is related to my Prostatitis.
I admit I have not been taking any accredited quercetin product in about 4-5 months, and just started back after the pain began. It seems to have eased up a little bit, but it is still there from time to time.
Just curious...

Unless you follow a protocol of pelvic muscle stretching exercises, take phytotherapy and watch out to avoid triggers, you could have a return of the problem. Other than that, the disorder does often seem to follow a sine wave form, with flares of ever decreasing amplitude.

Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.

As Pasco says, the sine wave form graph demonstrates a decrease over time that matches the flare up pattern we all seem to have. The actual graph has nothing to do with our condition as such - just is a good way of showing the pattern.
I had a great few days last week - Mon thru Wed were the best days I've had yet - but had a flare up on Thursday after sex, which led to a number of bad days but starting to feel better again today. A month ago a flare up would last a lot longer.
