I attended one of Dr Wise's seminars he is doing around the country, on Paradoxil Relaxation. My advice sign up now and run to the plane to get there. I have suffered many years and I am covinced this is the answer along with (as he will tell you Physical Therapy) I have been in Physical Therapy for 2 months (Pelvic) and the results are dramatic.
