Just use soap and water to clean it after you're done. And make sure to use a decent amount of good lubricant, a bad one will make the experience suck. But in short, just clean it with soap and water when you're done and you'll be 100% fine.

I'm freaking out a bit. I am having minor discharge from my penis. This makes zero sense to me. I had abandoned the bacterial idea and this is making me freak the hell out. Is it possible to have discharge without being infected???? I am also still getting occasional burning on urination, especially when I wake up and pee. I haven't had sex since this started. Any ideas webslave? Like I said, I'm freaked out.

I have developed constant dysuria and my penis/ pubic area is very sore and in constant pain. No frequency issues. I'm so mentally exhausted. I have uro appointment tomorrow. Will request PCR, if its chlamydia again, that will be scary as I have abstained from sex since first diagnosis.

Update: went to urologist. Explained symptoms, showed picture of discharge. He looked at urine and said it was clean, I guess that means he didn't see any WBC under microscope. Regardless, I am experiencing urethritis, for what reason, I'm not sure.

We scheduled a cystoscopy/ TRUS in exactly one week, Which is nice bc I've wanted this done for a while. Although, I doubt he will find anything substantial, as I don't want to get my hopes up.

He also ordered a PCR of my semen, so I will be bringing that in, in the morning. This is also nice bc I won't have been on any antibiotics for two months, and its the all precious semen PCR and for good measure I'm gonna make sure to get some EPS in there. If this comes back negative, then I can at least finally put the the chlamydia thing to rest.

I will continue to stretch and massage in the meantime and just deal with the pain, as there is nothing I can do about it.

Yes it is pointless.

Woke up early this morning, showered and washed genitals. Went to masturbate, but almost nothing came out when I orgasmed, it was a pathetic amount, orgasm felt incomplete. I then proceeded to massage my EPS into the cup with some urine. Brought the cup to the lab.

Hopefully I don't get a call saying that the sample can't be used. We will see :/

Update: PCR of semen negative for chlamydia. Had other bacteria in minor amounts, to be expected. Urologist was happy with the results.

Had the cystoscopy and TRUS. No stricture. Doctor said everything looked great. Prostate did not look inflamed and measured very small. I expected as much.

The flare up pain has subsided and I am back to just having pain in what feels like to left of my prostate or something. Ejaculation force is still weak. Urine stream is strong, just have a bit of trouble starting up. Haven't noticed any discharge.

Urologist didn't recommend taking any drugs, said he is confident my symptoms will improve on their own. He said lets just give it time for now.

Plan? Keep trying to forget about the situation, stretch, and massage around prostate every other day.
