Yes, I do this all the time but it doesn't help at all, the urine seems to be deeper inside the urethra. Any other tips?

If a cystoscopy has not showed any abnormality, I am at a loss. You have urinary incontinence, which needs the attention of a urologist, not a forum devoted to pelvic pain.
