Sexual Dysfunction due to pudendal neuralgia?

I saw the doctor, and my pain root is mostly on the Corpus spongiosum for the penis. Basically it’s that whole line down from the frenulum. I feel the pain when it touches my clothes from the head of the frenulum all the way where the Corpus spongiosum goes towards my testicle. It’s the whole line. Does that part have anything to do with the Involuntary movement/ twitching and precum comes from. Plus also the blood flow and stop sensation sometimes.

What can I tell you that I have not already said? You have allodynia and paresthesia, you have a hypertonic pelvic floor, and you have an anxious psychological disposition. Have you started following the Tips page yet?

Yes, I have started following the tips page. My penis touches my clothing or does spasming and I think that sends a sexy message via the pudendal nerve to my brain that there sexual stimulation. Now what would be the best way. Is that CPPS also. Plus why would allodnia be only one one line, the like where I’m getting a pain. Is probably 1cm going down from the fermium to the bottom. See annotation 8=~=D you see where I put that curly like in between the equal sign. That’s where the pain is as per say. Regarding the liquid constantly coming out. Is that a permanent damage from a nerve entrapment, compression or just a small irritation that exercise can help get rid of. Same applies to that small pain and penis and testicle twitch and reflexes.

It’s big then suddenly it will go small again and move from one place. I need your help so bad as sleep is deprived to 1/2 hours a day

You have a variety of UCPPS symptoms and you keep asking the same questions over and over again. You need to follow all the tips and wait for at least a month to see the effects. There is nothing "permanent" about your condition, but your very high anxiety level (called 'catastrophizing') is making all the symptoms more severe. Please stop posting questions and start studying how to improve your condition. I am locking this thread, feel free to ask me to unlock it in a month or two.
