I agree webslave you're probably right, I think while I was on the Valerian it masked most of the symptoms so I didn't really need to think about it but now that I am off it I've realised the symptoms are definitely still there so I will have to start motivating myself to getting better. I have got the book a headache in the pelvis so will be reading that again as its been sat gathering dust for years. I've just started taking duloxitine so I'll let you know how I get on.

Yes you need to big time motivate yourself you nailed it there alright. That is the issue with Wise-Anderson Protocol in that modern medicine is all about big money quick fixes and Wise-Anderson Protocol is not. I think the Wise-Anderson Protocol zen masters would concur lazy or easily discouraged people need not apply.

Yes fill in signature so we know what you're driving. :p Makes life easier. See mine, does not need to be fancy. There is a template already in the user control panel to do it (link is top left of page to get to user control panel). It increases your chances of replies to your posts so best to do it only takes 5 minutes.

Thanks Mike I appreciate your reply, I will do all the things you list there, been taking the duloxitine for a week now and its helping with the neural pain and the anxiety. Keep you posted and thanks again.
