CPPS symptoms after unprotected sex

To (hopefully) put an end to the infection idea, how do I know that my prostate isn’t infected and this didn’t turn into a chronic gonococcal prostatitis? I read that post about chronic bacterial prostatitis where the guy would get antibiotics and then some months later his infection (UTI in that case) would come back and he would get antibiotics again. Can the same happen with Gonnorhea? Ie. the infection is in the prostate where antibiotics cannot reach and it would only show some months after antibiotics?

You are suffering from an anxiety syndrome that makes you unable to accept that you have no infection, even though you've had the most advanced testing that shows no infection.

To get better, you need to concentrate on your mental state. Some OCD-type anxiety disorders —a category of mental disorder into which I firmly believe this sort of health obsession fits— can be treated with relatively high-dose SSRIs, but I leave that to you and your psychiatrist to decide.
