ANY ONE KNOW OF A PHYSICAL THERAPIST IN PENNSYLVANIA?
I know there is a list on the IC NETWORK with physical therapist that are interested in treating conditions that relate to IC. Is there anymore web sites one could find info on PT'S that treat chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome with myofasical/trigger point release theropy? Has any one had this problem that lives in PENNSYLVANIA that found a pt that has helped them and maybe does myofasical/trigger point theropy? I will travel to surrounding states like OHIO, MARYLAND, NEW YORK, WEST VIRGINA if not to far if the therapist has helped them using the Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol if any one can help me with that two it would be great?

ZR,
Try calling:
Pain and Rehabilitation Medicine
Bethesda, MD
301-656-0220
and tell them your symptoms. If they can't see you, ask for a referral in PA.
Also try http://www.pelvicpain.org/findmd.asp

bodyrebuilders in philly
i was evaluated at bodyrebuilders in philly. they seemed to be well informed.
by the way, I don't see why you don't allow legitimate criticisms of doctors who have provided clearly poor service. How else can we warn others and protect fellow chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome patients from being taken advantage of. As a law student I see no "legal isssues" here.
I am 37 years old and had suffered with symptoms of chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome for almost twenty years. In the last two years I have had a great improvement in quality of life, with much of the credit going to pioneers like Dr Wise, whose seminar I attended in New York last August. One bad procedure can make the suffering incalculably worse and desperation on the part of the patient clouds good judgement.

My advice from a colleague who runs a similar forum is not to allow it. She has this advice from her qualified lawyers.robert pagen wrote:by the way, I don't see why you don't allow legitimate criticisms of doctors who have provided clearly poor service. Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.
