Hi,
About 2/3's through the AHIP and been reading about the paradoxical relaxation. I am finding it a bit 'difficult' to picture how I should be attempting to relax etc. The book talks about the tapes they use on their course so I am wondering if anyone knows where these tapes/cd's can be got from if you are not on the course?
I need to figure out how to relax these muscles and I think these tapes could well be the key. Is it possible to obtain them seperately without going on the course in the US?
