How common is it to experience problems ejaculating and/or maintaining an erection with CPPS? I've read stories of people having premature ejaculation, but what about delayed ejaculation?
I just went through some fairly serious anxiety stuff which I'm still battling a bit. I've managed to work on my anxiety and stress and have subsequently been able to reduce my chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome symptoms down to some discomfort / unnormal behaviour (vs mild pain), and I am also able to get an erection a lot easier - almost like normal.
The problem is that I get stuck in erection mode which gradually starts fading away. It's like I can't take the next step unless I force it really hard with some serious visual stimulants, I feel like there's a blockage somewhere. I don't mean I get orgasms but don't ejaculate, but when I do ejaculate, I do get very low pressure (ie. just comes out) and when it's really bad, first I get a batch of clear liquid and then the actual stuff. A wild guess could be that I'm in fact shooting out the CPPS-type, unusually clear/liquidy stuff but it's not mixed at all, since the second batch (after the clear one) seems rather normal..
