Perenial Pain , on erection and orgasm

I have had a radical prostatectomy, but still have a rising PSA, which I am monitoring. After a year of being more or less impotent, I am now getting small to a little less than normal erections. Great news for the wife and I, but lately , I have been getting pain after orgasm, I have no ejaculate because of the operation. It is not 100 percent unbearable but very uncomfortable. Sometimes after two or three orgasms I have pain in my pelvic area and a full heavy feeling of the testicles. Does anyone know of or feel that the any accredited quercetin product would help my situation, since I no longer have a prostate. I believe its my urethra or the muscles surrounding the area causing the pain . Anyone Please Help as I am very concerned, that maybe my cancer is growing and causing the pain.
