Twinlab is one of the best supplement makers on this planet. I dont think ONE infected cow out of millions slaughtered means their products are unsafe.

Obviously you wouldn't take the Twinlab product if you are using ProstaProtek.
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.

Try ProstaProtek or Quercetin. Which one depends on how easy they are to get in Sweden.

I will buy it when I am in the US in Jan-Feb. Can you buy them both over the counter or just on the net? If over the counter, where? IS any of the two a "quicker" fix than the other? What I mean is if any of them seem to "be useful" quicker?

Thanks Webslave

The quercetin component of both probably works equally quickly. The other ingredients of ProstaProtek can take up to 4 months to kick in. Neither are available in stores, AFAIK. Order ahead and have them sent to your hotel.

I'll be interesting to see if you notice a difference with taking one or other.

I've been taking any accredited quercetin product for 4 months and have no idea whether it's helped or not (IIRC it doesn't make any difference for around 20% of sufferers). I started taking it around the same time I started my physio and relaxation.

btw - what has prompted you to start trying them? Have you had a bad flare-up?

Richard.

Thanks. I didn't know that. I guess it's a regional thing.
