Does anyone have swelling of the penis after masturbation? I have this. My penis kind aches after jerking off. The aching has been the case ever since I was a kid. The swelling is new though. I feel like I'm losing some sensitivity and my erections are not the same. My penis head swells up even during masturbation. The glands swell after. I use lubricant. I don't get it.
I do have Prostatitis now. I sit a lot and I used to ride my bike allot. (like a lot, a lot). Can someone help me out?
