Supplements?

Post by Paso »

Guys,

I am in NY currently and I came over a TV show on ITV. They talked about CP, Cancer and other evil things. A Doctor said that his product

"Supreme Greens with MSM"

Helps a lot of people by cleaning the blood, giving the cells a possibility to regenerate.

I take no supplements currently, but I am thinking about doing so. Any ideas if this is "fraud" or if it has any value in it?

What other supplements do you guys recconmend?

It sounds like fraud to me. I myself have tried a myriad of supplements against chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome that are all supposed to be fantastic. None of them works! (only thing I have found that seem to ease the pain somewhat is Elavil/amitriptyline). It seems more and more clear to me that this is some kind of neuromuscular problem and NOT due to a lack of vitamins, minerals or other substances.

"Cleaning the blood"? Phrases like this should set off your quackery alert.
