Re: Quercetin seems to work
Hi webslave, I'm alive again. I found that even when I was asymptomatic, I was still constipated, and my stool was not formed. My stool was very sticky. I couldn't flush the toilet with water every time. Sometimes it was difficult to clean it with half a roll of toilet paper after defecation, and I never feel completely drained Was this a sign of gluten intolerance or wheat sensitivity?

Re: Quercetin seems to work
Yes it could be. It could also be IBS, which is commonly present with UCPPS. Go gluten free for a month or two and monitor how your body reacts.

Thank you Yes, I will try a strict gluten free diet. I will control my mouth. Another signal is that my skin has often itched since I was a child, and I often have all kinds of acne, so that there are always all kinds of scars scratched by myself on my skin, but I'm not sure whether it is acne or dermatitis herpetiformis.

Re: Quercetin seems to work
Hi webslave, I have made an appointment for intramuscular IgA / IgG, gliadin (gaf-3x) IgA / IgG, hla-dq2.2/2.8/2.5/dq8. I want to know the accuracy of these tests. I do suffer from unexplained systemic rash, itchy skin, sticky stool, chronic constipation, irregular stool, and each recurrence of CPPS will be accompanied by right abductor joint pain and chronic fatigue (on non working days, when I am very tired after eating, I can sleep for 18-20 hours) brain fog, but I suspect that chronic fatigue and brain fog are caused by depression and anxiety

All celiac disease blood tests require that you be on a gluten-containing diet to be accurate. Tissue Transglutaminase Antibodies (tTG-IgA) – the tTG-IgA test will be positive in about 98% of patients with celiac disease who are on a gluten-containing diet.

Hello, I now follow a strict gluten free diet, but some drugs will have unknown starch. Will these things screw up the experiment

No, the amounts are so small. Also check supplement bottles for 'gluten free' (most of them are).

Re: Quercetin seems to work
The genetic test shows that I have DQ8 gene and belong to the susceptible group of celiac disease, but the antibody test is negative, which makes me very confused.
