Quercetin seems to work

Post by guoke122 »

Hello everyone I am a newcomer. My English is not good, sry. I am 25 now, but I have been suffering from CPPS for 7 years。 I have been avoiding ejaculation to maintain the remission period; But last week, after a fap, it broke out. My pelvis is painful, weak, low urine output. I ate a lot of quercetin with the mentality of trying it out yesterday morning. In fact, I didn't have much hope for it at all. At noon, I feel very sleepy, but I can't sleep. My head is a bit dull pain. Suddenly, I found that I seemed to be urinating, When peeing, I found that it was visibly strong and I was able to pee into the toilet, Before that, I could only pee to the rim of the toilet. At noon and in the evening, I took quercetin twice, each time about 1000-2000mg (about 90% purity) At night, when I was lying in bed, the headache came again, accompanied by tremor of the left waist muscles. My legs also started to feel a little numb. For about a minute, with the slight throbbing pain in my head, a nerve in my upper right back was very itchy. I had spermatorrhea this morning, but it was very thin. I don't know if it is quercetin or other reasons. In fact, I have been doing all possible things to cause spermatorrhea. According to my experience, the symptoms after spermatorrhea often disappear and enter the remission period. Today I am still peeing vigorously, and my flow has increased compared to yesterday. I feel very good this morning and seem to be in remission. But now(16:08pm), I still feel pain from three to four tenths. I will continue to experiment, but the relief seems to come too soon and I'm going to try internal PT next. I will continue to update this post to help myself and more people

Don't take too much of it. What does it advise on the bottle? 4g a day seems way too much. The most common dose is 500 mg per day, but some people can take up to 1,000 mg per day.

Thank you for your suggestion, I will adjust the dosage; Peeing is still strong today, My libido seems to have recovered a bit. Today, I have been looking for new methods which are useful too for the people who are helped by taking quercetin on the forum, they are probably Gluten free diet\Antihistamines\PET. Do you have any suggestions?

Today, I thought about CPPS again, I found that there is a 12-24 hour delay from ejaculation to the outbreak period. If it's just muscle spasm, it can actually cause symptoms in a few hours or even immediately, just like cramps. I read about mast cells. Degranulation of mast cells leads to type 1 hypersensitivity. Type 1 hypersensitivity can cause contraction of smooth muscle, I think the spasm of ejaculation triggers mast cells. During the delay, mast cells begin to degranulate, and then cause smooth muscle contraction and enter a vicious circle.

I'm not in good shape today. I have some upper respiratory tract infections since the flare two weeks ago. I'm too painful to take out the garbage in time. I finally took them out yesterday. I felt sore when I got up this morning, which may be related to respiratory infection, The pain in the afternoon was only two tenths of that before, but I was very sleepy. I took a Zyrtec this noon, The abductor pain seemed to disappear immediately, but then it came back and affected my peeing, I don't think I'll try it again for a while, I'll use vitamin C to fight histamine. In fact, my skin has often itched since I was a child. Maybe I'm really allergic to some substances, I'll try a gluten free diet for a while.

Update:
August 24: The left upper limb triceps, especially the right upper limb forearm muscle fasciculation, I can even see the muscles of the right forearm twitching;
August 26: Coenzyme Q10 was added to the agreement, and perineum fasciculation occurred. I am not sure if this is related to coenzyme;
August 27: The entire right hip deep muscle fascination, the large right hip muscle fasciculation as a whole, this is Never before;
This week, my urination has been in good condition, and the pain has been gradually reduced. On Monday and Tuesday, I started to feel pain and discomfort when I sat at the work station until 16:00PM and then it became 17:00PM or 18:00PM. As of today, I have no symptoms of discomfort when I update.
Nocturnal emission occurred this morning, which is still atypical, very thin and small in quantity.
I think I'm in remission, and I will not use the word cure because I have been avoiding active ejaculation. In fact, I have had remission for a long time in the past; whether CPPS is finally under control, only time can give the answer . But there is no doubt that quercetin has helped me a lot. More supplements are still on the way, and I have entered the remission/asymptomatic period ahead of schedule. Before the bullets I got from this forum were all gone, the enemy had fled.
My current agreement:
Quercetin
Stretches
a large amount of vitamin C
Coenzyme Q10 (only used for 2 days)
Gluten-free diet (not strict)
Will try in the future:

PEA, L-theanine, acetyl-L-carnitine, curcumin, magnesium glycinate are on the express way. My current symptoms have mostly disappeared, and I do not plan to try to trigger CPPS by ejaculation/drinking/chili/betel nut recently. How should I judge that these upcoming supplements are effective?

Don't take them all at the same time, and keep them in storage until you have another flare ... if you ever have one.

More thoughts: I suddenly remembered that when I had CPPS pre-symptoms in the years, my weight was also slowly increasing. I was a very thin person before, but eventually became a little obese; and L-carnitine was used as a It’s notorious for weight loss supplements. I think there may be a correlation between CPPS and weight gain. This information is just for the record, in case I forget it again.

Re: Quercetin seems to work

Post by guoke122 »

Update: For a few days last week, the symptoms have been reduced to very mild, but on Friday the symptoms recurred, but they were still bearable. This week I have some work pressure, which may be one of the reasons for my deterioration.

I recalled my medical history. Before the outbreak, I had severe obsessive-compulsive disorder in junior high school. At that time, I didn't know the word obsessive-compulsive disorder at all, so I didn't have any treatment. I survived it, it disappeared by itself, maybe it changed Into unconscious tension and anxiety to affect me. In the following years, I have had the pre-symptoms of CPPS, such as backache after ejaculation and constipation, but they will disappear automatically after a few days.

Fast forward to the last year of high school. I was stressed because I had to prepare for the college entrance exam. CPPS officially broke out at this time. The symptoms included severe insomnia, severe constipation and pain. There was still a serious outbreak in the freshman year. But in my sophomore and junior year, I can drink and fap normally without causing serious outbreaks, sometimes just small outbreaks. When I was about to look for a job in my senior year, it broke out again.

Last year, I quit my job to prepare for a graduate application at home. At this time, I was subjectively under a lot of pressure, but my subconscious mind may be relaxed because I have been studying at home. During this period of time, my fap is very frequent, sometimes twice a day for several days, but there is still no serious outbreak.

I entered a new industry this year. I cherish this job opportunity very much. I am very afraid of losing it. Therefore, I am under a lot of pressure. CPPS also followed after a certain ejaculation.

I have read almost all the posts on this forum, and I found that all treatments revolve around the brain, nervous system, mast cells (inflammatory cells), and muscle spasms. Some people may block one of these links and get So we need to make a comprehensive improvement around these four major systems, but the most important thing is to deal with the anxiety in the brain. I am currently trying to use mindfulness therapy and changing cognition to relax my brain (I found Each of the ten distortions in Burns' new mood therapy has lived in my mind for a long time).

My PEA is still on the way of express delivery. I read a paper yesterday that CPPS patients may have abnormal fatty acid metabolism, which affects the content of flavonoids in the patient's body. Flavonoids and fatty acids can be converted into each other in the body, while quercetin is a kind of flavonoids, and PEA is a kind of fatty acid.

Yesterday, when I had symptoms, I drank a lot of water and my bladder was very full. At this time, I found that my perineal muscles were trembling all the time (not fasciculation;, similar to the trembling of people with insufficient core strength when doing planks). I think my perineal muscles are constantly pulling to maintain tension. When the bladder is full, it has no strength to maintain tension.

Now my body has two strange symptoms bothering me. Sometimes when I turn the ankle of my right leg, the ankle and calf of my right leg will click and click. I don't know if the joints are ringing or the muscles are ringing. I have this situation when CPPS breaks out. At the same time, my right leg abductor muscle pain, especially when I spread my right leg sideways; as the symptoms relieved, when I walk or stand up, the joint of my right leg abductor muscle (which is the femoral head) Is it the greater trochanter?) It will be sore, and then with a click, as if the bones have been reset, I feel relieved. I'm pretty sure this is strongly related to CPPS. I never had this situation during the remission period, but I really don't understand why
this is another strange sign that my legs have a tingling sensation flowing. It's like water is flowing slightly through my legs. Whenever I have this condition, my symptoms may become more serious. Can you or someone can answer these two puzzles for me?

The clicking is tendons slipping over some bumps on your bones so that when the tendon slips over the ridge, it clicks. Occasionally it is due to poor joint positioning or ligament damage. Easy remedies include simple alignment or stabilisation exercises. It may become a little worse when your muscles become tenser and hypertonic.

The tingling, flowing sensation is purely neurological (dysesthesia).

Re: Quercetin seems to work

I'm sorry that I didn't update the previous time. I have made a lot of progress in internal pt. I found the trigger point that caused the numbness of my legs. As the treatment progressed, the numbness of my legs disappeared and I found that the muscles around my tailbone were my low back pain. The reason is that I use Theracane to gently stroke the muscles around the tailbone left and right. It is very sensitive and painful. The tailbone muscles suddenly dropped down. It might be more appropriate to use the term “homing”. My waist no longer hurts. My libido has recovered some morning erection. It appeared but I fap twice. It seemed that all my efforts were cleared by it. I was very painful. I collapsed and wanted to commit suicide. I took all my drugs, Quercetin, PEA, Amitriptyline, Betaloc, and Lexicon. I took Lafaxine (antidepressant desvenlafaxine) and antibiotic amoxicillin and urine became a problem again. My right leg greater trochanter abductor muscle pain is severe. I tried to calm myself down. Although I was in extreme pain, I still found that my low back pain did not come back so I still some progress, I had to ask a doctor again. I found a Chinese medicine doctor (I live in China). Sometimes Chinese herbal medicine can greatly relieve my symptoms and sometimes it doesn't help, but it cannot be cured. The symptoms after a certain ejaculation will break out again.

I tried the internal PT again and I found that I could not find the trigger point. My pelvic cavity was very tight and it was difficult to use even Kaisero. I used to use Kaisero to scratch my rectum due to constipation and it developed into the perianal area. Abscess (I thought everyone was like this before the internal pt), but now I can easily use therecane, I can smoothly squeeze him into the deepest place, except for some soreness, I can't find the pain unbearable. After calming down, I evaluated my current symptoms. The back pain disappeared and the morning erection disappeared, and the urine regressed, but it was still better than the worst. My main pain came from the abductor muscle of my right leg. Whenever I spread my leg sideways, the pain in my right leg and the greater trochanter was severe. When I was sitting normally, a nerve pain spread to the outer side of my calf.

In addition to seeking help from traditional medicine, I went to a modern medical doctor, but this time I didn't go to a urologist. I went to an orthopedics and osteoarthritis surgeon. He thought there was a problem with my hip or lumbar spine. I am currently waiting for an appointment with MRI and CT. The doctor prescribed baclofen, erecoxib and mecobalamin. I don't think it's the bone cause, because my abductor and greater trochanter pain is closely related to my CPPS. After my first outbreak there was a problem with my right leg. During my two years of remission, my right leg did not have any abnormalities. I had no problems with fitness, jogging, drinking, or even ejaculation. He believed that I was physically and mentally ill. The Chinese herbal medicines he gave me were mainly for tranquilizing the nerves and anti-anxiety. The previous Chinese medicine only prescribed diuretic and analgesic drugs. My current symptoms are mainly pain in the abductor muscles of my right leg, and some relief after taking the medicine.

But still feel strange. I searched for information on the Internet and found that iliotibial band syndrome is very similar to my symptoms. Iliotibial band syndrome means that the iliotibial band is too strong and muscle contracture causes slippage around the knee or greater trochanter. Inflammation of the sac causes pain, and at the same time, due to muscle tension, friction with bones causes bounce. I carefully looked at the pelvic bone diagram, and I found that the greater trochanter is actually outside the pelvis. It is difficult to find the trigger point through the internal pt, but I can't find the trigger point outside. In addition to directly pressing the painful area, I found that I rub the skin of my right buttocks without causing dull pain, but the nerve in my right leg will be very painful.
  1. For the internal pain of the abductor muscle, do you have any suggestions?
  2. Will stretching be relieved quickly?
  3. I found shock wave therapy in this forum, I found on the Internet that Shockwave therapy can also treat synovitis, but it may take a while for me to convince my doctor to make an appointment for Shockwave. However, I saw on the Internet that there are ultrasound treatment devices for individuals, although they are a bit expensive. But I want to ask, is there any difference between ultrasound and shock wave, and can I get relief from ultrasound?
By the way, I read from reddit (you are also the moderator lol) that some people have succeeded in using carnivore diet. Although they may be strictly gluten-free in nature, I still plan to experiment. In the next few months, I will only eat meat and vegetables (two birds with one stone, you can experiment with a ketogenic diet and a gluten-free diet at the same time).

  1. https://youtu.be/apLp6xhQHb4
  2. Impossible to say. Everyone is different.
  3. US and shockwave are completely different, with shockwave being much more effective.

Thank you. Baclofen eased the tension of my whole body, my right leg felt better, the click noise decreased, and my pudenda felt normal. Before, I couldn't feel the penis at all, and my erection improved. Without sexual stimulation, the friction between my legs sometimes led to natural erection, and the scrotum skin was smoother. Baclofen even helped me with anxiety, In the face of some stress events, I obviously performed better. Baclofen increased my blood congestion and physical weakness, but these costs are worth it. However, the greater trochanter of my right leg is still painful. I still suspect it is caused by bursitis. I took a diclofenac sodium yesterday, and the pain has been reduced by about one third today.

My main symptoms are dysuria, small urine flow, bifurcation, tight micturition muscles and pain in my right leg joint. I will continue to explore the treatment of bursitis in my right leg, but I am troubled by dysuria, waiting for a long time before urination and internal muscle tension. I took a tamsulosin tablet yesterday, but the improvement is still not obvious today. Do you have any suggestions on medication or stretching for dysuria, urinary waiting, urinary hesitation and urinary weakness? (in addition to quercetin and Heineken, this is what I intend to try today)

The alpha blocker can take weeks to kick in properly, so stick with it. Also get some PEA (palmitoylethanolamide) if you can.

Don't take baclofen. This medicine is prescribed by my doctor. It's not my own opinion. Now I'm in hospital. Please tell netizens not to take this medicine lightly. I feel uncomfortable and want to commit suicide. At present, I have been in hospital for four days I can't sleep, eat or urinate. I may disappear on the forum for some time. Maybe I will die
