I tried the first free week and being guided appeals to me since I have enough things to worry anyway. But it is quite pricey: 500 bucks for an online course… that’s one of the more pricey ones I’ve seen so far. Did anyone try it and thinks it’s worth it?

Anyone try the Overcome pelvic pain program?
Age: 35| Onset Age: 34 (half a year so far)| Symptoms: pain in the perineum and anus (golf ball), pain when walking and sitting, no pain on mornings, gets worse through the day, minimal uro (weak stream, slight pain when full), rare ED (weak erection, slight discomfort after ejaculating)| Helped By: relaxation, stretches, distractions | Worsened By: stress, overthinking, lifting heavy things, long walks, sitting, maybe alcohol| Other comments:

Don't bother. There are so many people showing you what to do on YouTube these days, you don't need somebody's co$tly cour$e.
