How often do you go to Physiotherapy
Just wondered how often (you guys who do) go to physiotherapy? And how much do you tend to pay?
Age: 41 | Onset Age: 36 | Symptoms: Hyperactive Testicles, Perineal Pain, Hard Flaccid, Twitching Anus, etc etc | Helped By: Physiotherapy, Tadalafil, Duloxetine | Worsened By: Anxiety and Stress | Other comments: All symptoms improved after PT, Tadalafil & Duloxetine (please read risks of medication before trying)

Was going once a week for 2 months but right now my next appointment Is in September. Initial 1 hour visit was $189 (Canadian) and all subsequent 30 minute sessions are $90 each.

Best pace for me was once in every 4 weeks...but this corona times made havoc in my schedule (I am going to PT abroad, though it is only 1,5 hour driving) and I have not been at my PT for 10 months (which is not a good thing..)
