Best Quercetin supplement?

Post by joshm34 »

I keep reading I need to find Quercetin from "an accredited source", but no links or names of brands. Does anyone have an accredited brand they can suggest? Thank you!

Aren’t you supposed to take quercetine with bromelaine? Or is this a different form?

Btw, I see this product is available in EU, lucky us: https://www.evitamins.com/nl/prostate-p ... gix-321351

No, I found it works quite well without bromelain, and bromelain moreover can cause digestive upsets and allergic reactions (webmd: "diarrhea and stomach and intestinal discomfort. Bromelain may also cause allergic reactions, especially in people who have other allergies.")
