It probably all started in my teen years (27 now), me and my ex did a lot of unprotected anal sex. My theory is that my bladder was infected for a long time, but was probably asymptomatic, later on the infected urine probably slipped into the prostate while having intercourse (all theory)
I noticed small little burns here and there, but nothing to major and I thought it is probably normal. One day I went jogging (I used to do marathons till I took levofloxacin) then I peed blood. I went straight to an urologist, though no bacteria found in the urine, therapy: Nitrofurantoin, twice daily, for 5 days
Then I was relatively symptom-free for a few weeks but it still hurt sometimes while peeing or stomach ache here and there. When I came, the semen amount was very low, and it felt very strange so I decided to go to a normal doc and she wanted me to do a urine test, after finding white blood cells she decided to send my urine to a lab, the results:
Therapy: 7 days ciprofloxacin. the symptoms remained so I decided to go to a urologist. He did an Urine test and found bacteria again?! I was surprised. when I mentioned the ED issues he immediately wanted me to make a Semen test, so I did.... the results:Less than 105:
Pantoea spp (small amount)
Staph hominis (more)
Lactobacillus (more)
First he prescribed me Amox-clav for 10 days. Strangely though, my symptoms got worse?Beta Hemolytic Streptococcus
"ganz vereinzelt Nachweis" = very isolated evidence

My symptoms:
- White discharge
- frequent need to pee
- delayed peeing (takes like 3-10 seconds till it starts)
- burning/pain while peeing
- very week pee stream
- unable to empty the bladder
- Pain in the lower abdomen and lower back
I did another semen test, came out negative.
Which led me to this spiral of research and I analysed everything there is out there. I came to the conclusion that clindamycin is probably the best option for a gram positive infection. And since I am already taking the poison I am considering doxycycline.
Today is my first day taking Clindamycin, no side-effects so far.
Thoughts?
