I'm interested in finding out more about the connection between poor blood circulation and CP. Dr Wise mentions it in his book, more in relation to IC however, but it did resonate with me.
I have poor circulation, especially in the extremities, and I have noticed that when my feet get cold I start to tense up my legs and pelvis!; which I believe in turn decreases the circulation in my whole lower body and may be the cause of one variety of my sitting-pains. (I also have weakened capillaries showing up on my scrotum -- is that normal? I'm 54).
Does anyone have any similar symptoms?
NOTE: I make a distinction between 2 kinds of sitting pain (a distinction which I have a hard time getting accross to my uro)
(1) Prostatic sitting pain -- from sitting on "the golf ball".
(2) Sciatic-like sitting pain -- more of a acid/burning sensation that may extend to the back of the legs -- this is the pain which I associate with the poor blood perfusion problem.

weakened capillaries
These capillaries will form tiny blisters along their path. some blisters grow in size and may burst causing bleeding.

Burning in feet
Does anyone have a lot of tingling and burning in the feet this come and goes but gets quite severe at times. I think someone mentioned one time it could be the quercetin. Any accredited quercetin product or Algonot.?

Tingling or burning sensations on skin or feet are usually signs of nerve damage or disease.
