Taking it easy sure has helped out a lot. Things down there are a lot more relaxed and calm. Revisiting the "A Headache in the Pelvis" book and following the stretches they recommend doing as well as getting myself a high quality Quercetin supplement like I did last time I had to deal with this as really helped a bunch. :)

Where did you buy the good quercetin?

I am waiting for these:

https://www.amazon.com/Solgar-Quercetin ... B00012NKRC

Not that easy to find any in Norway.

And been thinking of these:

https://no.iherb.com/pr/Now-Foods-Querc ... lsrc=aw.ds

What do you think, Webslave?

Hey Simone! I'm not sure about the Solgar brand, never tried it but I'm sure it's ok. I've tried the NOW brand it was good too. I pretty sure webslave would probably recommend the previous sponsor's stuff and it's very good. I got some of it back in March 2017 when I had a terrible go of this and it helped me. The only downside is it costs a lot but it's super high quality, but sadly for me, being a poor college kid, I can't afford that stuff. :(

Now that the previous sponsor has gone, I am moved to say that my new view is that only accredited, certified brands should be purchased. In other words, look on the bottle for the accreditation labels discussed here: https://ucpps.men/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=9324

That way you can be SURE you are getting what you are paying for. Only problem is that accreditation costs money, so many companies don't do it. But still, vote with your money. A LOT of bottles of Q. don't contain much Q, as testing back in the early 2000s showed.

Is GMP on the label accredited?

I have yet to seen any accredited

Admin comment: yes, you may have to do some searching to find products you can trust completely
