I've done a few voiding studies. They are generally normal with 4-5 days a month where my output is high (2L intake with 2.6L output.) My uro is not overly concerned but keeping this in her mind as she works through all the possibilities. We are still working through the diagnosis, done a bunch of blood tests (all normal) and a bunch of urinalyses, one of which indicated low amounts of protein, so now I am awaiting results from a 24 hour urine sample to double check for protein, creatinine and blood in urine.
I forgot to mention that when I go through these flares where I void often - and more than my input - I also lose weight. Only a pound or two, but I'm constantly battling to try and add a few pounds back on before the next flare.

Age 46: onset 4/2020, still working towards diagnosis. Main symptoms: Frequency with volume, post void dribble and perenial pain.

If all else fails, get her to check your vasopressin level perhaps, and if it's off, look for the cause.
