Noticed lately that have very little blood flow rushing to the penis and hard to get an erection. But, if I do ejaculate very frequently like twice a day, I'm actually usually in more pain but I notice I am getting more blood flood and better erection (though still not the best).
Wondering if this means my issue is more inflammation based. Or congested prostate type issue. I have explored the PT path for many years and not had much luck. I think I need a sort of non traditional solution to my problem

ED Question
Age: 25 | Onset Age: 21 | Symptoms: Pain in perineum area, bad ED, slower stream, loss of libido, | Helped By: Uroxatral, Heavy Doses of NSAIDs, Really Hot Baths/Sauna | Worsened By: Sex, Masturbation, Spicy Foods, biking, certain exercises, sudafed| Other comments: Mine started in a time after copious amounts of sex, I also held in ejaculation for a long long time after a sex break which may have contributed. Also went from protected to unprotected sex around this same time, but all tests show no bacteria. I do not have urgency issues.

Re: ED Question
Trigger points lead to weakness in the pelvic floor muscles. This can play a role in erectile problems. The bulbocavernosus muscle presses the deep dorsal vein of the penis to prevent the outflow of blood from an erect penis. If there is a weakness in the pelvic floor —and in particular the bulbocavernosus muscle— outflow of blood is not prevented to the same extent, leading to erectile dysfunction.
The British Journal of internal medicine published a study in 2005 suggesting pelvic floor physical therapy for treating erectile dysfunction:

Re: ED Question
Hi Webslave. What I am trying to figure out is if I did not ejaculate in a week and tried to get an erection, I'd have maybe a 50% erection at best.
If I then force myself to ejaculate 2 or 3 times in a day. The following day or even a few hours after the 2nd or 3rd time I'd have a significantly better erection.
It feels as if when my prostate is full and the most boggy (has a squishy fluidy feeling) my erections will be the worst. Having a more empty prostate seems to help the blood flow.
Back before this condition having not ejaculated for a while is when I would have the strongest erections.

Can't Find Solution to ED
I believe my condition started with over edging, over prolonging (start and stop excessively).
I can't seem to figure out ED. My erection seems to be like 60%, not very hard. It is like this even up to the point of ejaculation. I can only ejaculate by really squeezing my "want to ejaculate muscle". I do stretches, and internal work but it doesn't seem to be making any notable progress. Really lost here. I do know at the doc I was said to have 'high mast cell count' in prostate secretion, so I guess I do have a inflamed prostate. Yet wbc count was 0 I believe.

Re: ED Question
Poor libido and poor erections are often part and parcel of CPPS. It comes with the territory. Get the CPPS better and the erections will improve. Meantime, you could try something like [discontinued product] or [discontinued product]. Or even Cialis / Viagra.

Re: ED Question
If I get like a 80% erection and push it forward or back, I'm noticing like a squeezing a sponge fluid like feeling in my prostate area. Wondering if I have like damaged my prostate somehow prolonging ejaculation during these hour or hour and a half sex sessions.. I don't seem to get any like prostate filling feeling where I am leading up to ejaculation. The only way I can ejaculate I literally have to squeeze my (want to ejaculate now muscles like crazy) if I just relax and try to get up to ejaculating it is basically impossible.
