Actually I didn’t see that site. I was at the gym and I had a body check and they said that my posture is really bad and I have posterior pelvic tight

I beg your pardon then. But the answer is still that there is no research supporting it.

But bad sitting posture? 🤓
Age: 32| Onset Age: 30 | Symptoms: “Cured“ now, no symptoms. Symptoms were: 8/10 pain, couldn't sit, bleeding anus, ED, HF (tinnitus too from stress), Insomnia or CFS | Helped By: Stretching, foam roller, hot baths, sauna, tennis ball, antidepressants (acupuncture and fasting improved the tinnitus a lot) | Worsened By: stress, sitting, chronic masturbation but yeah mainly stress | Other comments:

Today I had the triggerpoint workbook by Davies in my mail and while I was looking trough the sites on page 61 they mention that wrong posture can cause chronic triggerpoints

The quote from page 61 is in relation to neck muscles:
When stress and bad posture habits keep your shoulders up. you can be sure that the levator scapulae muscles are doing much of the work.
I am unaware of a posture that stresses pelvic muscles. Our problem is chronic tension in the pelvis, not posture. Posture can certainly affect other areas, like shoulders.

I think ur right. The German translation is just referring to general posture but in the line before they mention shoulders.
