Hi guys, I'm happy to be here as it's a site where we can find comfort by reading people that are going through the same.
Here's my story. I'll try to be as clear as possible. The first priority for me is to make sure that I indeed have CPPS, because I have been diagnosed by two urologists but a couple of things just don't seem to fit.
In February 2018 I had testicular pain for about a week and during those days it was very, very hard to reach ejaculation. Like I wasn't able to ejaculate, and also it was very hard to maintain an erection.
Now fast forward to March 25, which is the day that it all (I think) started. I received oral sex from a CSW for about 15 minutes.
Seven days later, a throbbing pain in the right part of my glans (in the back of the penis, near the shaft) started. The pain was all the time, not just when urinating. Also, I had an extreme urgency of urinating during those days, specially at night. But the pain was incredible. Of course, I freaked out and took the recommended antibiotics for an STI.
Couple of days later, I did urine tests and everything came out normal. Also, they did a scan and my bladder was inflamed. The pain went on. That's when I consulted on asktheexperts and they said it didn't look as an STI.
A week later, as the pain continues, I finally go to an urologist. He says everything looks ok after doing another urine (but WBC were 8-10, so he said I "probably had an infection) and a scan (that this time doesn't reflect anything abnormal) and puts me on levofloxacin for 2 months.
Besides the levo, I have taken alphablockers and several other meds. Also, I have done about 10 urine tests and one semen tests. The only thing that has come out is the first time the WBC was 8-10/hpf, and the rest have been 2-4 or 0-2. In the past few months, I have had pain in the perineum sometimes, in the pelvic area and near the anus. Typical CPPS, until the next thing happens:
For the last two months, my urine changed completely. Not only the color (is like a bright yellow now) but also the consistency: very dense or cloudy. Now I noticed that in all my urine tests, the specific gravity was 1030 (which is like the upper limit for normal). A couple of weeks ago, intense pain in my lower back started. I have been told to drink more water, as all the urine, blood and image tests they have done on my kidneys reflect nothing wrong.
Some things look like CPPS, some others not so much. The thing is that they haven't been able to find anything on any of the tests they have done, and to be honest, I came to this forum because I'm pretty much desperate.
Hope I can get some answers here.

Hey welcome. Yes you have CPPS. The cloudy urine thing I read about it just yesterday from another member of this forum as this was one of his symptoms but I don’t remember the thread. Maybe use search function? Go and start with the stretches/heat asap.
Age: 32| Onset Age: 30 | Symptoms: “Cured“ now, no symptoms. Symptoms were: 8/10 pain, couldn't sit, bleeding anus, ED, HF (tinnitus too from stress), Insomnia or CFS | Helped By: Stretching, foam roller, hot baths, sauna, tennis ball, antidepressants (acupuncture and fasting improved the tinnitus a lot) | Worsened By: stress, sitting, chronic masturbation but yeah mainly stress | Other comments:

Civilaso, if the recent urine changes have been checked out by your doctor, and shown nothing, I would not worry. I would advise measuring how much urine you produce daily by urinating into a measuring jug. Aim for about 2 litres a day (66 fluid ounces). If you are having trouble drinking enough to produce that, try adding an erythritol-based sweetener to the drinks to make them more palatable. I was able to increase my fluid intake dramatically using this trick (chamomile tea sweetened with a Stevia sweetener that is actually mostly erythritol).
Your case does sound like CPPS to me, especially because initial signs started before the commercial sex worker (CSW) encounter. Start with Carls newbie advice: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=6475
