Here is another physical therapist in NYC. She came recommended by Dr. Wise and helped me tremendously. I would like to reiterate that I believe paradoxical relaxation as described in the Headache in the Pelvis to be essential in getting any sustained improvement with physical therapy. This is explained in the book, but I just wanted to emphasize it here that my experience confirms it
