PELVIC PAIN

Post by mshaqal »

Hi everybody, I need your advise on March 2012 I started to have frequency of urination like every 5-10 minutes which comes and goes, I did a urine MCS no infection or pus cells, then after I started to ride on bike symptoms increased now have frequency of urination, supra pubic pain and nocturia, went to a urologist PSA 0. 2 prostate small his Dx chronic prostatitis course of Cipro for 4 weeks no help, went to another one another 4 weeks course no help went to a third he said it is not prostatitis decrease your wt! Did urinary US and CT only found calcification, went to back to the second uro he said it is the calcification that causes your pain, let's do a cystoscopy. Found bladder neck stenosis and inflamed proximal urethra he suggested an operation to dilate the bladder neck but advised to try Flomax and see. My other symptoms are I feel bloated, constipation and when I do internal massage I can feel tender spot at 11 o'clock when pressuring on it I feel I have to open my bowels and I feel some improvement, did many urine examinations all normal, the other thing I found that I have high testosterone level with normal free testosterone, so since 2102 pain is contentious some days it gets better but doesn't last long, now found paracetamol and codeine helps with pain, started Endep 5mg at night. I am 50 years old professional and diabetic, Any advise please. Regards.

One question about your diabetes - is it Juvenile or Adult Onset? Also - considering your weight - how many lbs are you away from your ideal / medically healthy weight?

Have you been on the Flomax?

Sorry -one more thing. If the Flomax doesn't work, the procedure for dilation would still be an option, correct? And if so, that may assist in symptom relief. Just hang in there - it is a bit of a journey but there are answers. We're here to support you.

PROSTATE NON INVASIVE PEMF TREATMENT STUDY: MAGICAL MAVIT
PEMF Magnetic field – not a pill, not an injection, it activates the body’s own defenses, which for some reason was not enough, once the disease has entered into its own. The magnetic field causes the structure of our own – molecules, cells – to wake up and begin to actively expel all alien and harmful. Accelerates metabolism at the cellular and tissue levels. That is why on a background magnetic therapy enhanced the effect of drugs, they begin to work better. The principle of the therapeutic effect of thermal treatments

Want to ask something:
  1. first urologist said it is chronic prostatitis.
  2. 2nd said prostatitis
  3. 3rd said it is not, lose weight
  4. went back to 2nd did cystoscopy said inflammation and bladder neck tight need operation to dilate .
  5. went to 4th uro same clinic of 2nd uro said it is chronic prostatitis need massage under anesthesia to unblock the prostate even I showed him the report of the 2nd.
Who to believe?

Get the stenosis (stricture) confirmed through another uro, with another cystoscopy. Do not tell this uro about your other diagnoses. If this new uro also finds stricture, have that fixed. Or if that is too expensive, just have the stenosis fixed via the uro who first reported it.

Once stricture is eliminated, re-assess your condition (after about 3 months).

When I am doing my prostate massage and TP I feel a tender area high in the rectum, it is painful and after I massage it I open my bowels with some relief from pain. Is this a trigger point? And why I open my bowels after? And I feel always as stool hanging there waiting for me to do the massage always like this many times.
