Help with identifying something

Post by MajorSky1 »

Today while doing a pelvic floor check I noticed a small lump roughly the size of a lentil under the skin of the anal-rectal area. The position is at or just below the analrectal line and sitting on the interior sphincter muscle. It feels like a tight cluster of small vessels.
I've had these before on both sides approximately at 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock, but they went away. They glide around under the skin but always seem to work there way back to their original spot.
I'm just wondering if these may be small internal hemorrhoids, or are they some sort of trigger point, or just tightened up connective tissue.
I've found they usually appear at a spot the day after I've pressed a trigger point in that location.
There's no blood, or fissures. I just want to be careful not to press on them if that's not good, if they're not some sort of trigger point related thing.
Age: 49| Onset Age: 47| Symptoms: Pain locations: Intermittent left and right front pelvic floor lateral to urethra; occasionally left side tailbone pain (rarer); left spermatic chord pain (become rare); Post BM-Pain helped by distraction during Bowel Movement.| Current meds: None. Helped by: deep breathing, mediation, hiking, distractions, exercise. Approximately 98% improved, varying depending on stress levels.

Sounds like internal hemorrhoids or small varicosities. Trigger points are intensely painful to push around.
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.

Ok, yeah, I thought so too. They go away, so I'm not too worried, but there's always pain associated with their appearance though they themselves don't seem to hurt. Thanks!!
