Hey Webslave or anyone else who might have any input, i m coming right up on 2 years since attending dr wises clinic. Took awhile to make improvements but noticed I was feeling quite a bit better after about a year but then improvement kind of came to a stand still which could be because of my anxiety/depression (I got off all medication for it a while back) I do my relaxation but as of today I am going to start an antidepressant again. But one of my last symptoms to go that used to be a lot worse is at the end of urination like that last squirt when your done it feels like something tries to clamp up and my stream has never gone back to full force most of the time. I did some searching and all I came up with sounds like it could be coming from a bladder neck spasm (could be wrong) but do you think alfuzosin would help. I know you have said to hit it with everything you can. Just wanted to get your opinion.
Thanks
Gary

question for webslave or any veterans on here.

Haven't posted in a while but started the Wise-Anderson Protocol about 3 years ago, but for about the last year felt pretty good ( in that year I also stopped the protocol because I didn't feel like I needed it anymore). I continued to try my best to keep this muscles relaxed and avoid stress. However in the past two weeks I've been having little aches a pains down there and also a feeling especially sitting in a car that my penis is being pulled inwards which is very annoying so I decided to start up my treatments again ( I read a while back about another guy who says he still goes in there once or twice a month just to keep things loose) wish I would of. But my question is surely this won't be like starting a square one right? Things are a little irritated from beginning again just hoping I didn't wait too long. Also anyone have any idea about the pulling in when sitting? Thanks

This condition needs lifelong vigilance for some men (for others the condition just goes away completely). You should at least keep up some aspects of the protocol to stay symptom free.
