St John's Wort (Laif 900), some questions

Post by hapoelole »

Hey people

Some background of me: I'm 23 years old, suffering from CPPS for at least 3 years. In the last year I have read the HITP book and started to exercise especially in the physical side. There is big improvement in the pelvis but I now suffer from chronic blurring and weird headaches that I feel cause from pressure, anxiety and depression. Was trying to work on the mental side but it's too big for me, only getting worse when in trying to paradoxical relaxation and stuff.

So I went to my doctor and its the first time I was speaking to some about my stress and depression problems. He gave me a prescription for natural medicine call "Laif 900 N2", it's a German medicine from the St. JOHN'S WORT flower, you can find the information about it at Laif900balance.de

Some questions, all this pills and stuff is new to me:
  1. Have anybody ever heard about this medicine? Or something alike?
  2. Someone with experience with this kind of medicine?
  3. Can it really help or should I go and ask for something stronger?
Tnx

  1. St John's Wort is a weak antidepressant, that's all. Not sure why your doctor prescribed that if you have real depression when there are better drugs.
  2. I've searched the forum for you, and there are no big endorsements of this medication.
  3. If you are depressed, use the Laif 900 for a while (few weeks to a month), and if not feeling better, go back and ask for something stronger.
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.

Thanks for the quick answer. I think that the biggest mental problem in me is the anxiety and worries that makes me stressful . The depression only started few months ago and it's on and off. Is this medicine addictive? Should I try do anything else I can before I'm starting to take this pills?
