So is this like one of the last symptoms of pain? Do you consider it a recovery process?

I finally been able to recreate some pain by laying on top of a vibrator placing it by my pubic bone. The head of my penis stings when I do it. But I'm lost because is it the levator behind the pubic bone or the rectus abdominis? Does the rectus abdominis go that low?

urinary retention
Anyone know how to clear up chronic urinary retention? It's a mild case where I have to squeeze some urine out. Also why does it happen? Thanks

That's not urinary retention, that's incomplete voiding. In our patient group, it's usually due to the constriction of the prostatic urethra.
It may be due to BPH as well, but since you have not filled out your signature, it's difficult to advise you.

You won't have BPH at 22.

I actually have this same problem too and it seems to be the last symptom I can't get rid of.
Age: 27 | Onset Age: 26| Symptoms: Occasional penis discomfort (mild), primary pain is perineum - feels like I'm sitting on a golf ball, pressure in penis, almost like a stick is in my urethra, difficulty sitting for long periods of time, urinary frequency (some), incontinence (dribbling), right testicle pain (almost gone!), hip pain, stiff hips, lower back pain. Some abdomen pain. Just general discomfort in the area, post sex discomfort. | Helped By: External and Internal PT. Hot bathes. Supplements (mag, omega 3, vitamin b and D, prosta Q). Relaxing. Breathing exercises. Anti inflammatory diet. Stretches. Yoga | Worsened By: Stress. Core exercises, too much exercise, too little exercise, strenuous exercise. Sitting. Too much Sex | Other comments: Feeling better, but still not 100% I'd say I'm 75%

What the incomplete voiding? I find that I have residual urine when my bowel is full.

To void completely
- SIT while urinating
- After finishing urination, bend forward to a 45 degree angle and hold position for 60-90 secs in relax mode. Let any urine release. Now lean to your right side, lifting left buttock off the toilet seat. Hold position for 60 seconds in relax mode and release any urine. Now lean to your left side, lifting up right buttock. Hold for 60 seconds in relax mode and release any urine.

I found magnesium oxide helped those spasms/Shooting pains
