Anybody going to November conference at NIH in MD?

Post by sediment6 »

I was curious if anybody else was going to this. Its a somewhat generic taxpayer funded meeting about a new measurement system of urinary symptoms. I wanted to go mainly because I've never met anyone with chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome in person and I think that I would benefit. I also wanted to meet and talk with clinicians and researchers. Its got doctors, patients, all talking about chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome and I think it may be fun. Here's a link if anybody is interested. I'm going with my mom and if any of yall want to go you should tell me on the forum here and we could meet/greet at the conference. Its free to attend and the lunches are $12.50 or so.

This conference is not about UCPPS. It's about symptom scoring, BPH, lower urinary tract dysfunction (LUTD), Prostatectomy, urinary incontinence, etc.

The conference you want to attend is the AUA Meeting 2012. The 2011 Meeting is over: http://www.aua2011.org

The next one is in May 2012 in Atlanta GA: http://www.aua2012.org/
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.

I'm still going just because its close and I still have a chance of talking to some people who have even heard about CPPS.
